JIA is a pivotal figure in the global electronic music scene, recognized as a DJ, promoter, and the founder of 6AM Group. Born in Guam and based in Los Angeles, he has shaped 6AM into a leading platform that unites artists, promoters, and fans, with a deep commitment to underground culture. Through 6AM, JIA has curated impactful events, offered valuable resources for emerging artists, and built a community that resonates globally.

As a DJ, JIA’s techno sets are known for his energy and connection with the dancefloor, earning him residencies with Frenzy Avalon, WORK, Compound, Factory93 and Beyond Wonderland festival where he has shared stages alongside some of the industry’s top names such as Richie Hawtin, DVS1, Luke Slater, Fjaak, I Hate Models, 999999999, Pan-Pot, Amelie Lens, Charlotte De Witte, Drumcell, Truncate, Alarico, Chlär, Perc, and have DJ’d across the world sharing his unique track selections and edits from LA to Amsterdam to Berlin to Tokyo and many other cities and countries through his journey. Beyond his performances, JIA mentors artists under his ArtistMap Institution, emphasizing resilience, consistency, and the power of seizing opportunities.

JIA is also the co-founder of RE/FORM Festival in Los Angeles, a celebration of techno and rave culture. His philosophy of giving one's best effort and staying true to the core values of the scene drives his work, making him an impactful figure in today’s electronic music community.
