Noise Code
Formed by LA producers, John Rojas and Aj Fructuoso, Noise Code was formed in the fall of 2023 as a result of two friends that spoke the same musical language. In the beginning, the project had one agenda: to immerse each other into an organic, yet authentic collaborative space. Inside that room, the duo used their arsenal of hardware to find their independent voice as they explored exciting ways to make noise.
In 2024, Noise Code calibrated an effective workflow as they designed their intersubjective sonic world. They produced a sound that was intentionally unhinged as the methodical chaos proved to have speed and precision. Using only live hardware, the producers, who are also trained instrumentalists, decided to approach live techno as a freeform jazz band that was only dependent on trust.
By 2025, Noise Code began playing warehouse parties and renegades. Their enormous, violent sound created a visceral energy that was inspired by 90s techno, their way of paying tribute to the history and those who came before them.
Working out of their studio, MACHINEHOUSE AUDIO, Noise Code is jazz. Aj is the guitar player and John is the drummer. Their lifeblood remains within their basic principals: community, honesty, and DIY.
