Daniel Avery

Since releasing his debut album Drone Logic on Phantasy in 2013, Daniel Avery has progressed since to become one of the most widely-recognised and revered talents in British electronic music. Avery’s relationship with the label continues in 2022 with ‘Ultra Truth’, featuring collaborations not only the production touch of Ghost Culture and Manni Dee, but also he vocals of HAAi, Jonnine Standish (HTRK), AK Paul and the voices of Marie Davidson, Kelly Lee Owens, Sherelle and James Massiah.

Force Placement

Force Placement is the DJ and production alias of Los Angeles-based Jason James, a key figure in LA's underground electronic music scene. A founding member of The Black Lodge, an intimate monthly event exploring esoteric electronic music, he's known for his genre-fluid approach spanning house, techno, IDM, electro, and experimental electronics. His releases have appeared on labels including 100% Silk, EVAR Records, Private Selection, Clave House, and Bank NYC. Originally trained as a jazz drummer and influenced early on by Aphex Twin and drum 'n' bass, Force Placement brings a punk-influenced energy to his DJ sets and live performances, seamlessly shifting between Chicago and Detroit classics, acid techno, dark analog electro, and twisted ambient sounds. Beyond his electronic work, James plays drums in hardcore punk bands and runs a harsh noise project called Nu Sire, reflecting his diverse musical background and subversive edge.
