Fully embracing his synthesizer-based mid-life crisis, Hot Sound Injection blends dance, funk and synthpop into a highly danceable live set, played on hardware without computers.
Insical (Miguel Azevedo) is a Portuguese-born electronic music producer, engineer, and DJ currently based in Los Angeles. With roots in Portugal's outdoor rave scene where he grew up until age 19, Insical spent six years in London studying and absorbing electronic music culture while honing his craft in the city's basements and clubs.
LA Synth Club's monthly Electronic Music show at Old Towne Pub in Pasadena features local artists playing live sets on hardware synthesizers. Performances range from ambient and experimental to deep house and techno.

LA Synth Club
The LA Synth Club hosts a monthly "Synth Nite" gathering on the first Monday of every month at Common Space Brewery in Hawthorne, Southern California.
