Coming from a background in drums and guitar, Chris Ammann has played in a handful of bands (The Caldera, Foxflitz, Nor'easter, Matthew Jason & the Collective Debut), as well as his electronica-based solo project, Data Lecher. He also runs a recording studio, Caldera Collapse, where he produces his own work as well as others' (Huntsman, Stephandrews Band).
Residing in Buffalo Grove, IL, Chris released his debut solo album in 2018, featuring a dive into a blend of synthesizers, programmed drums, and live instruments. Data Lecher can be found on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, BandCamp, and pretty much everywhere else.
