Active in the field of electronic music since the early 90’s, Robin Kampschoer is an artist and composer whose works traverse the terrain between contemporary techno and experimental electronica.
Apart from performing techno DJ and live sets in countless clubs and festivals around the world, more unusual projects include multiple live jam sessions and collaborating with other artists for STOOR, Pink Noise, playing AV Surround Sound live sets on the Fusion Festival in Germany, an AV ambient live set in the Palais de Tokyo museum in Paris, and other AV projects and installations like the “Self Pollinating Light Organ” for the Amsterdam Dance Event.
His released music include EP’s and albums on spearheading techno outlets including STOOR, Rudiment, Dynamic Reflection, Diffuse Reality, Methodical, and on his own imprint RKM.
Past and present collaborations include Speedy J, the Dutch Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Manuel Rodrigues aka Deepred.tv, and others.
